SCI is pleased to announce that we have been to recruit an Acquisitions Manager - LIHTC Syndications for a leading national LIHTC syndicator, fund manager, owner, and developer with a record of investing in 100,000+ affordable housing units and completing more than $10 Billion in real estate transactions nationwide.
Based in Southern California, the role will focus on driving and closing LIHTC equity investments sourced by the originations team. The position offers the opportunity to join a highly respected platform and play a key role in expanding access to quality, affordable housing at scale.
