SCI is proud to announce the launch of a national executive search for a Chief Operating Officer on behalf of an AHF Top 50 affordable housing owner.
The company, which currently owns and operates a portfolio exceeding 12,000 units, has ambitious plans to triple in size over the next several years through both mergers and acquisitions and new development. To support this rapid growth, the organization is seeking an experienced operations executive to lead multiple verticals, including Property Management, Human Resources, Information Technology, Marketing/Branding, and potentially Asset Management.
The search is being led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director at SCI and a nationally recognized expert in Affordable Housing executive recruitment.
