SCI is very pleased to be partnering with a nationally recognized affordable housing developer to recruit a Vice President of Development to help expand a growing Nashville-area pipeline of projects.
The position is based in Nashville and will be responsible for building and maintaining a robust long-term presence in the market, beginning with the execution of a major multi-phase redevelopment that could potentially exceed 2,000 units.
The search is being led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI's Affordable Housing Search practice.
