The President of Management is a vital member of the leadership team with the primary responsibility of ensuring top-caliber property management and fiscal performance of the company's portfolio (comprising approximately 6,000 units of value add, new construction, stabilized, and fee-managed apartment assets usually over 200+ units each). The position will play a key role as the company executes its plan to grow to 20,000 units nationally.
