SCI is pleased to announce the successful completion of a search for a Vice President of Finance on behalf of a vertically integrated real estate investment and development platform with approximately 2,500 multifamily units across market-rate and LIHTC, and in-house property management, construction, and development.
Reporting to the Principals and serving on the executive leadership team, the new VP will build the company’s enterprise finance function above the property level. The role covers liquidity planning, capital allocation, integrated forecasting and budgeting, internal controls, tax strategy coordination, insurance and balance sheet risk, partner PFS reporting, and LTI program administration, along with bringing AI into the company’s finance workflow.
The search was conducted by Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI and a leader of the firm’s Multifamily practice.
