SCI is pleased to announce the successful completion of a search for a Vice President of Development on behalf of a vertically integrated affordable housing developer executing an ambitious growth plan, with a mission to positively impact one million lives.
The new VP will lead affordable housing projects across the full development lifecycle: site identification and underwriting, structuring complex LIHTC capital stacks and leading financial close, overseeing construction-phase delivery through closeout. and mentoring and building a growing development team.
The search was conducted by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI’s Affordable Housing practice.
