This well-capitalized firm is expanding its development platform and is seeking an executive with a proven ability to source and execute garden, wrap, and podium multifamily projects in the Tampa Bay region. The incoming leader will be fully supported by an established internal infrastructure, including research, land acquisition, capital markets, pre-construction, architectural design, general contracting, and accounting.
The search effort is being lead by Managing Director and multifamily executive search expert Craig Friday.
