SCI is excited to announce a new executive search for a Chief Financial Officer with a privately owned and operated commercial real estate company specializing in the acquisition, long-term ownership and management of assets throughout the eastern United States.
The role will manage all financials, investment oversight and tax strategy for the real estate portfolio, providing leadership, direction, and management of the finance and accounting department. The new hire will also take the lead in the evaluation of processes and procedures regarding the unitization of technology.
