This key executive will be responsible for originating, structuring, and managing mortgage transactions for multifamily projects nationwide funded through Affordable Housing Tax-Exempt Bonds. Additionally, the Managing Director will play a critical role in building and shaping future strategy as the company expands its portfolio within this market sector.
The search is being led by SCI Managing Directors Dan Schachter, leader of the firm’s affordable housing executive search practice, and Ollie Fleet, who oversees real estate finance executive search.
