SCI is pleased to announce the continuation of a major multi-position search engagement with a prominent regional multifamily developer actively scaling its platform across key U.S. markets.
Following the successful placement of five Development Partners across strategic Southeastern cities, the firm is now targeting expansion into the Southwest with new leadership searches focused on the Dallas and Houston markets. The company is seeking experienced, senior-level development executives with a proven ability to source and execute garden, wrap, and podium multifamily projects.
These Development Partners will be fully supported by the firm’s robust internal infrastructure, including departments dedicated to research, land acquisition, capital markets, pre-construction, prototypical design, general contracting, and accounting. The roles offer not only the opportunity to shape major market strategy but also a clear path to substantial wealth creation for high-performing individuals.
The search effort is being lead by Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI.
