SCI is pleased to announce the successful placement of a Vice President & General Manager on behalf one of country’s largest owners of commercial and industrial properties.
This strategic leadership role carries full P&L responsibility for one of the premier commercial mixed-use campuses in the Northeast, encompassing state-of-the-art laboratory, R&D, pharmaceutical, office, and light industrial space. The Vice President & General Manager will oversee all aspects of campus operations—including leasing, development, tenant relations, and overall performance—while serving as the senior executive on site.
The search was led by Nickolas Vuckovich, Managing Director and Co-Head of SCI’s Industrial Real Estate search practice.
