SCI is excited to announce a new search assignment for a Head of Asset Management on behalf of a private equity real estate firm with a 20,000+ unit portfolio of multifamily assets nationwide.
The position will take the lead role in re-imagining the asset management department, leveraging expertise in deal structuring and asset enhancement to continually generate returns for the company and its institutional and private investment partners.
