SCI is pleased to announce the placement of the Chief Investment Officer with a nationally recognized real estate development firm focused on affordable and workforce housing.
Reporting to the CEO, the CIO joins the executive leadership team to lead the company’s acquisition, development, and construction initiatives. This executive will play a key role in shaping the firm’s long-term investment strategy, overseeing three regional development teams and a department of more than 25 professionals.
The search was led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and leader of SCI’s Affordable Housing practice.
