SCI is proud to announce a new executive search assignment for a Vice President of Acquisition with a leading private equity firm growing its multifamily investment platform.

The position will be responsible for sourcing, underwriting, and closing on the investment of fund equity in value-add multifamily apartment properties in Opportunity Zone markets throughout the US (including presales, pre-TCOs sales, or operating communities within OZ sites). 

The new search follows the recent placement of a Vice President of Development with the company, with Managing Director Eric Lesnock and EVP & Senior Managing Director Thomas Williams conducting both assignments for SCI.
