SCI is happy to announce the placement of a Vice President of Development with the multifamily real estate arm of a leading private equity firm.

The new hire will manage multiple, large-scale, multifamily and mixed use developments throughout the southern US from inception to completed operations and stabilization  The position reports to the Chief Operating Officer and will work closely with the company's in-house construction and property operations teams.

Principal recruiting was conducted by SCI Managing Director Eric Lesnock and the assignment was overseen by EVP & Senior Managing Director Thomas Williams.
