SCI is very pleased to announce a new search assignment with one of our best clients, an expanding, national financial institution, to find an executive to oversee LIHTC Fund Management.
Our client offers a full menu of equity and debt solutions for owners/developers of affordable multifamily and seniors housing. The ideal candidate is expert at creating and analyzing financial models for upper-tier LIHTC investments. and must be able to multi-task several projects and efficiently move them towards successful closings. A CFA designation is highly preferred. The position can be based anywhere in the US.
