SCI is pleased to announce that we have been retained to recruit a Senior Vice President of Fund Management (LIHTC) by a leading private affordable housing investor and syndicator with a track record of raising and deploying over $15 billion in investments.
The SVP of Fund Management will lead the post-closing fund management platform and serve as a senior relationship leader for the firm's institutional investor base, owning fund performance, reporting, and the investor relationships at the core of the firm's capital base. This is a rare opportunity to lead a proven investment management platform, help shape its continued growth, and take on a highly visible leadership role within one of the country's most established affordable housing investment organizations.
The search team is being led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI's Affordable Housing practice, with Managing Director Josh Logelin overseeing principal recruiting.
