SCI is excited to announce a new search with one of the country's leading multifamily investment firms — a national, value-add owner that repositions apartment communities into best-in-class places to live — to recruit a Director of Capital Improvements.
Reporting to the Senior Managing Director of Capital Projects, this role directs the construction project management behind our client's renovation and repositioning program across its apartment portfolio — owning scope development, budgeting, contractor selection, and field execution from project approval through final closeout, while coordinating closely with property management on phasing, staging, and site logistics.
