SCI is pleased to announce the successful placement of the President of Development with a nationally recognized, vertically integrated private real estate firm with more than 50 years of experience delivering award-winning mixed-use, multifamily, and placemaking projects.
In this new leadership role, the President will assume full profit-and-loss responsibility for a significant regional development entity. Key priorities will include leading and growing a high-performing team of professionals in execution of a robust project pipeline — highlighted by a landmark 50-acre urban mixed-use redevelopment project — and sourcing and evaluating new development opportunities.
The search was led by Josh Logelin, Managing Director at SCI. He was joined by Nickolas Vuckovich, Managing Director and Mixed-Use practice leader, who conducted principal recruiting.
