SCI is pleased to announce the placement of the Chief Operating Officer for a rapidly growing owner and manager of Class A student housing communities serving more than 30 colleges and universities nationwide.
The incoming COO will oversee operations for a 30,000-bed portfolio, which has expanded significantly through $1 billion in acquisitions since 2024. Backed by multiple institutional investment partners, the company is well positioned for continued growth across key student housing markets, with the COO playing a pivotal role in scaling operations and driving performance.
The search was led by Senior Managing Director Daniel Pauletich and Managing Director Craig Friday, leaders in SCI’s multifamily executive search practice.
