SCI is proud to announce the placement of a Managing Director of Development to oversee the Midwest region for a rapidly growing full-service developer of affordable and workforce housing.

Reporting to the company Principals, the new hire will create and implement a development strategy for the Midwest region, source new deals, secure LIHTC allocations, and close on projects.

The search was performed by Dan Schachter, Managing Director Dan Schachter and head of SCI's affordable housing search practice.
