SCI is excited to announce a new executive search for a Head of Construction for a multifamily developer, builder, investor, and manager with a current operating portfolio over 50,000 units throughout the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic.
The role will have full P&L responsibility for the the company's in-house building division, providing leadership in pre-construction, budgeting, permitting, scheduling, construction, staffing, and overall construction execution on all development projects.
