SCI is very happy to announce a new executive search for the Managing Director of Acquisitions with the fast-growing US multifamily real estate platform of an international private investor.
This is a strategic leadership role in a platform targeting $1-$1.5 Billion in deal volume/year, with direct responsibility for portfolio/entity level acquisitions and oversight of a team pursuing individual core+, value-add, and development deals throughout the country.
The search (being performed by SCI Managing Director Josh Logelin) is concurrent with another assignment for the client's Chief Financial Officer and follows three successful senior-level placements with the company: Chief Legal Officer, Senior Vice President of Asset Management, and Director of Capital Markets. Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI, directs all search activity for the client.
