SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for a Vice President of Asset Management with a US commercial real estate investment platform that has raised $9 billion of capital, primarily from institutional investors.
The position will oversee a growing portfolio of seniors housing in the Eastern US acquired through the company's core plus healthcare real estate fund, working with internal operations teams and local operating partners to implement business plans and policies.
The search is being conducted by Eric Lesnock, Managing Director with SCI, and follows the successful placement of the position's Western regional counterpart earlier this year.
