SCI is pleased to announce the start of a new search assignment for a Vice President, Acquisitions on behalf of one of the largest, most diversified real estate companies in the Western United States.
The position will play a key role in the company's expansion into Texas, responsible for sourcing and closing equity investments in value-add multifamily apartment properties in the Dallas and Austin markets.
Thomas Williams, EVP & Senior Managing Director with SCI, is overseeing the assignment; Josh Logelin, Managing Director, is conducting principal recruiting.
