SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for a Senior Vice President of Development with an entrepreneurial, well-capitalized developer, owner, and operator of multifamily communities throughout the Southeast.

The role will lead development efforts for the company in the Florida region, overseeing conventional multifamily and build to rent single family opportunities up to construction commencement.

Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI, is performing the search.
