SCI is pleased to announce the next stage of a major multi-position executive search engagement with a prominent multifamily developer actively scaling its platform across key U.S. markets. The firm is continuing its expansion with a search for a Development Partner – West to oversee growth and execution across the Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, Denver, and Phoenix markets.
This senior leadership role will directly supervise the Development Partners in each of these markets, overseeing all aspects of the regional development platform — including site identification, underwriting, entitlements, design, permitting, capital markets, construction oversight, lease-up and operations, and recapitalization or sale.
The search is being performed by Managing Director Craig Friday, a leader in SCI’s Multifamily search practice.
