SCI is excited to be partnering once again with a private equity real estate firm that owns a portfolio of over 20,000+ multifamily units, this time to recruit the company's Head of Acquisitions.
The position will become a member of the company's investment committee and lead an existing team of professionals in the origination, analysis, due diligence and closing of apartment acquisitions nationwide. The role will spearhead the firm's emerging focus on additional geographic markets.
The search follows the recent placement of the firm's Head of Asset Management. Craig Friday, Managing Director with SCI, oversees all search work on behalf of this client.
