SCI is very pleased to announce a new executive search on behalf of a real estate investor focused on long-term healthcare properties for a Director of Asset Management.
The position will be responsible for the financial performance of a portfolio of ~200 skilled nursing facilities operated by a diverse group of healthcare companies, predominantly in a triple-net lease structure.
The search is being performed by Eric Lesnock, Managing Director and head of SCI's Seniors Housing practice.
