SCI is proud to announce the launch of a national executive search for a Chief Operating Officer to lead the property management division of one of the nation’s largest apartment owners.
The selected executive will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for a portfolio of more than 20,000 units, spanning affordable housing, market-rate, and senior living communities. As a key member of the leadership team, the COO will be responsible for implementing business strategies, optimizing operational performance, and ensuring the highest standards of service across the company’s management platform.
The search is being conducted by Dan Schachter and Craig Friday, both Managing Directors at SCI and nationally recognized experts in multifamily executive recruitment.
