The incoming President will oversee operations for more than 2,500 units, providing strategic leadership, operational excellence, and scalable infrastructure as the organization adds 4–6 new communities each year. This executive will play a pivotal role in shaping the company’s next phase of growth—building the systems, structure, and culture needed to support long‑term, sustainable expansion.
