SCI is proud to announce the placement of a Managing Director – Affordable Housing with a longstanding client: a premier multifamily firm that has developed or invested in over 30,000 units.
The newly placed Managing Director will spearhead the firm's co-GP affordable housing investment platform — driving deal origination, cultivating relationships with developers and co-investors, and forging the long-term partnerships essential to scaling the platform.
The search was led by SCI Managing Director Dan Schachter, who heads the firm's Affordable Housing practice. Managing Director Craig Friday — who has successfully placed nearly 50 professionals with this client over the course of the relationship — provided senior oversight throughout the engagement.
