SCI is proud to announce the placement of an Investment Officer with one of the top industrial and logistics real estate developers and managers in the US. Already a leader in the asset class, the company is bringing its institutional capital backing to bear and significantly expanding its holdings in supply chain real estate infrastructure, deploying $1.5 billion+ into the sector annually.
The new hire will work in close collaboration with the SVP of Investments and other key leaders, playing a major role in the growth of the company's East Region. SCI is also conducting a search for an Investment Analyst to join the same team.
The search was performed by SCI's industrial search practice leaders and Managing Directors Albert DeMauro and Nickolas Vuckovich.
