SCI is pleased to announce the successful placement of a Development Partner to launch and lead the West Coast multifamily development platform for a vertically integrated real estate firm focused on suburban garden-style Class A communities in major metro markets.
Reporting directly to the CEO, the role will own the region's cradle-to-grave development business — sourcing and creating new deals, building out the local development management team, and carrying an initial set of active projects while drawing on the company's centralized accounting, finance, construction, and asset management support.
The search was led by James McGuire, Senior Managing Director at SCI.
