SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment with a top national developer/operator of affordable housing based in the southeastern US.

As part of the company's succession planning, it is seeking an individual to lead property management operations, reporting to the President and directing a team of Regional Managers overseeing 7000+ LIHTC and HUD/Section 8 units.

Dan Schachter, Managing Director with SCI, is leading the search.
