SCI is proud to partner with a leading national multifamily investment and development firm to recruit a Head of Construction who will build and lead the construction platform for its rapidly scaling residential business.
This senior executive will design the national construction function from the ground up—setting the operating model, preconstruction and cost discipline, GC and trade strategy, quality and safety standards, and the team itself—while serving as the construction voice in investment committee. Our client is targeting roughly $1.25B in annual development activity and growing a pipeline that already spans approximately 3,500 units at launch.
