SCI is pleased to announce that we have been retained by a major real estate developer to recruit a President to launch and lead a new homebuilding company based in the Carolinas.
This entrepreneurial opportunity is ideal for a proven P&L leader who has overseen operations building 500–1,000 homes annually. The role offers the chance to build a new homebuilding platform backed by an established group with substantial resources, including tremendous access to capital, strong land positions (20,000 lots under control across major Southeast parcels), and existing staff to support the President as they build their own team. The President will report directly to the company’s owners and will have the opportunity for partnership based on the success of the venture.
