SCI is excited to announce a new search for a Vice President of Property Management to join a growing owner/manager of Class A student housing properties located near over 25 colleges and universities across the United States.
The role will lead a team of Area VPs/Regional Managers in the management of a 15,000 bed portfolio of high-quality assets, with strong marketing, leasing and on-site support already in place. The company is poised for continued growth through the backing of multiple institutional investment partners.
