SCI is pleased to announce a new search assignment for a Vice President of Asset Management for an international private equity real estate investor.

The role requires a seasoned real estate professional to lead the asset management of a growing portfolio of multifamily properties located in the eastern US, optimizing the performance of each asset, participating in the underwriting of new investment opportunities, and proactively overseeing third-party property managers and leasing agents (or JV partners) to maximize occupancy and NOI.
