SCI is pleased to announce the commencement of a national executive search on behalf of a prominent real estate development and investment firm for a Vice President & General Manager to provide strategic leadership for one of the premier commercial mixed-use campuses in the Northeast.
This dynamic and high-impact role offers full P&L responsibility for a campus that includes cutting-edge laboratory, R&D, pharmaceutical, office, and light industrial space. The Vice President & General Manager will lead all aspects of campus operations, including leasing, development, tenant relations, and overall performance. As the senior executive on site, this individual will play a pivotal role in driving the continued growth and long-term success of this flagship asset.
