This senior executive will serve as the chief development officer for the region, responsible for sourcing and executing new affordable housing opportunities, building a robust development pipeline, and overseeing projects from conception through completion.
The search is being led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI’s Affordable Housing practice, and follows the recent placement of the role's counterpart for the Texas market.
