SCI is pleased to announce the placement of a Vice President of Operations with a full-service real estate organization focused on developing, owning and operating seniors housing communities.
The new hire will have complete operational oversight for a mixed portfolio of luxury Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care facilities. The role will be responsible for the training, mentoring and supervision of operations and care personnel; and for enhancing policies, systems and structures. Additionally, this person will be responsible for all new lease-ups and openings, (2 currently under construction, with plans for 12-15 in the next 5-7 years).
