SCI is proud to announce the successful completion of a search for an executive to oversee LIHTC Fund Management with a top-ranked national financial institution. The hire marks SCI's ninth senior-level placement with this client in the past 3 years.
The position is responsible for structuring and closing Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other tax-advantaged equity funds, including historic tax credit, state tax credit, and preservation funds.
