SCI is very pleased to announce the placement of a Director of Multifamily Acquisitions & Development with a national real estate development and investment firm.

Reporting to the CEO, this role is responsible for identifying and ensuring the successful completion of new 200+ unit apartment developments in the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, Sunbelt, and California.

SCI Senior Managing Director Daniel Pauletich conducted the search.
