SCI is pleased to announce the placement of a Senior Vice President of Acquisitions with the development affiliate of a national affordable housing firm managing more than $6 billion in debt and equity investments.
The new hire leads a team focused on building the company's portfolio through the underwriting and acquisition of existing affordable housing properties for rehabilitation.
