SCI is very pleased to announce that we have been retained to conduct a search for a Vice President of Development on behalf of an award-winning real estate development company focused on transformative affordable, workforce, and mixed-income housing.
This senior leadership role will play a critical part in the continued growth of an entrepreneurial, mission-driven development platform actively expanding across Tennessee and the broader Southeast. The Vice President of Development will provide both strategic leadership and hands-on execution, overseeing Development Managers and Analysts while leading the sourcing, structuring, capitalization, and full lifecycle execution of affordable and mixed-income multifamily projects.
