SCI pleased to announce that we have been retained to conduct a search for a Vice President of Development on behalf of a vertically integrated affordable housing developer executing an ambitious growth plan with a mission to positively impact one million lives.
The incoming VP will own affordable housing projects from site identification and underwriting through closeout — managing complex LIHTC capital stacks, leading financial close, overseeing construction-phase delivery, and mentoring a growing development team. This is a full-lifecycle leadership role with real team-building responsibility and a clear seat at the table as the firm scales.
The search is being conducted by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI's Affordable Housing practice.
