SCI is pleased to announce the start of a new executive search for a Director of Asset Management – Healthcare Real Estate on behalf of a premier national commercial real estate finance and investment firm with over $10 billion in annual transactions and servicing a loan portfolio exceeding $100 billion.
This role will be instrumental in building and leading the firm’s internal healthcare bridge lending asset management platform—one of the company’s key strategic growth initiatives. The platform has already originated more than $15 billion in bridge-to-agency loans across healthcare and multifamily assets, supporting acquisitions, repositionings, and transitional investments nationwide.
SCI Managing Director Dan Schachter is overseeing the search, with Managing Director Eric Lesnock performing principal recruiting.
