Serving as chief development officer for the region, this senior executive will source and execute new affordable housing opportunities, build a robust development pipeline, and oversee projects from conception through completion.
The search was led by Dan Schachter, Managing Director and head of SCI's Affordable Housing practice, and follows the recent placement of the role's counterpart for the Texas market. Building on this momentum, SCI is now conducting a search for a Managing Director of Development to oversee Florida for this client.
