SCI is excited to announce a new executive search for a Vice President of Underwriting to join a national affordable housing finance company specializing in LIHTC equity investments that has raised over $500 million in tax credit equity through proprietary and multi-investor funds.
The VP of Underwriting will lead the evaluation and structuring of LIHTC equity investments across the firm's fund platform. The position sits at the center of the deal process — partnering directly with senior leadership, legal counsel, developers, and institutional investors to underwrite and close transactions that create and preserve affordable housing communities nationwide.
Ollie Fleet, head of SCI's Real Estate Finance practice, is leading the search.
